  1. Dear JP,

I have a question regarding TRS MLA's resignation. Last year KCR resigned his membership from Karimnagar and recontested in the elections. Now they are doing same drama about resignations. Is there any law in Indian Government for people like them to stop contesting in the elections. Do they really understand how much public money they are spending in the elections. I think we should find a law or should force to make one for those kind of people, if you resign to your position on your own, you cannot contest in the following elections for atleast 10 years. Then only those guys will stop doing these kind of drama.

Can we do this in any way? Please suggest us. (Please don't think that I am non-telangana guy asking about this. I am from Karimnagar)

  3. I've the same question as the anonymous user asked above related to TRS MLA's resignation. Is there any law to stop these leaders from contesting in elections immediately after resigning? I'm surprised about these leaders game to resign and re-contest without even bothering about how much public money is wasted in this. What is ur opinion on this?

    Hi All,

I am Suresh Babu IT professional.

Ideologies of LOKSATTA are wonderful and really encouraging, I say no party can do better than LOKSATTA even the forth coming Chiranjeevi's party also, I am very much sure It will follow same TDP path.

I have participated in DOIT (Dynamites of IT) programme which was conducted by IT professionals in supporting Chiranjeevi emerging party, and the quote was "Inspired by chiranjeevi" and later I realized after the programme it was conducted literally " TO INSPIRE CHIRANJEEVI " and soon I will post all my views on the programme.

LOKSATTA is more identified as one man army i.e. DR JP although many young strong minds are behind the scenes and the same exists in all parties hence I would like to point, bring CORE LOKSATTA COMMITEE in to fore front and let them speak in defense of all the existing political system and let them get identified, yes I agree that DR JP will encourage all good minds but MEDIA is taking this as a chance, however coming CORE LOKSATTA COMMITEE in to public will add loads of strength.

    Hi JP Ji,

I echo with the person who was referencing to the people, if they resign to their position on their own, they should not be allowed to contest in the following elections for at least 10 years. Please work out on this possibility and then only the elected people start working for the country & the people.

  9. Dear JP,
The recent "Cash bundles" incident in Parliament at the time of vote of confidence has witnessed our leader’s corruption. It is really a bad day for Indian democracy. I feel that every voter should think about the nature of that leader and future of the nation, instead of thinking about cash, cast, party and religion, before casting their votes. I hope that some political leaders tried to get the MP votes with the corruption money as they got their voter’s votes in elections.

I really felt very sorry for that incident. If the money showed in Parliament is offered as bribe then the persons who offered that money should be punished strictly and if the money is not offered to MPs by anyone, and just they played a game, the persons who shown the money should be punished.

I am sure most of the honorable MPs (who supported and also not supported the deal) do not aware of pros and cons of the nuclear deal. They never discussed about the actual issue. On that day they concentrated to show their ability and power but not the actual issue.

Before going to vote of confidence, they should have conduct a detailed discussion or know-how of nuclear deal with experts. Instead all MPs and leaders tried to win their alliance or defeat opponent alliance.

Do the leaders think about nation, future generations, economic growth, poverty eradication, education or health? No, they always want power, money and status.

World is observing our nation. Our leaders should be responsible.

Though I am not a Lok satta party candidate yet, I wish only Lok satta party can make a difference in Indian political system by avoiding money power and corrupted leaders in forth coming elections.

    Thank you,
    Sridhar Gudipalli

    Dear Sir

There are several people like me who have been sincere followers of Loksatta movement and party and admiring you personally, though you are not for hero worship. To be very frank, we have seen " Righteousness Peronified" in You. The views expressed by you on various matters of national interest are impartial and unbiased and I really was surprised the mental balance you have got. In respect of Nuclear Deal too, you have expressed your opinion and left front naturally got annoyed. But where I am shocked (Infact, many of like-minded people I discussed) is your support for the way UPA Govt. won vote of confidence or the things that took place in Loksabha on that day. Undoubtedly, we are convinced about the relevance of nuclear deal at this juncture and impeecable intgrity of Dr. Manmohan singh can not be disputed. Even still, having taken a stand that "Means are as importanr as ends" it was somehow indigestible to see you in interviews and debates in electronic media not expressing concern to the extent it deserves. We are fed up with all mainstream political parties and Loksatta is the only alternative that with fight tooth and nail all the evils of the system. All along we have been fighting other parties saying that the election process to be cleansed and the real feelimg of the electorate is not reflected in present election process. Now that Loksatta endorses the result of confidence vote inspite of ugly way was it was held, other parties will dispute our argument. I may be wrong in my understanding of the situation. But for the better quality of the issue to large no. of people, this may be clarified.

  11. MR.JP SIR ,i have a question and i would like to hear answer from you.

every one,has the right to get good living conditions including the politicians.today, even the average student from an engineering back ground gets around 25000 rupees salary in the booming software industry. and irrespective of the basic degree, any one can enter the software industry.if the same individual joins politics, the chances for him to get a good pay is only a dream, though he wants to join any political party with a motto to serve the people, to get the basic lively hood, he should at least some legislative post.

At the same time working in politics is not a 8 hr. job, one has to work at times for whole weeks, that means one has to put lot of effort, and full concentration to serve the people.

there are lot of people who want to join politics but the poor financial support and extreme commitment it requires makes many people to avoid the politics.

At times, i get a feeling that the bureaucrats should be given some percent officially from the contracts or deals they make for the people like the big stocks and the percents the MNC'S give to its well performing workers.

I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR THE VALIDITY OF MY IDEA BOTH PROS AND CONS

AND LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, I WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE YOU FOR YOUR EXTRA ORDINARY EFFORTS TO BRING LIFE TO THE INDIAN DEMOCRACY.

    WE ARE WITH YOU.

  12. Hi Sir,
Congratulations and best of luck to you for taking on a mammoth task of cleaning up the politics.

I have never voted till now in my life and i used to hate politicians for obvious reasons. After seeing your interviews and talks on channels I was quite impressed and now I see a hope of better tomorrow. for the first time in my life I will be voting in my life and it will go for your party.

would like to join you guys and work hand in hand in future.

Till then I will be contributing monetarily to your party.

let god be with you in this noble battle on corruption.

  13. Dear JP,
I am a Law student at IIT, Kharagpur. I had a doubt with regard to the seed distribution system in states like Andhra Pradesh.

Tamil Nadu has an effective system to liquor distribution which is done through a state owned subsidary "TASMAC" where stocks are procured from dealers and distributed only by it.

Why cant a similar system be put in place for seed distribution?
When we see a host of problems farmers face (eg Orissa) by using substandard seeds why cant goverments do anything.

This system will streamline the enitre machinery pertaining to seed distribution.
Fixing up responsibility would be easy and this would infact keep the goverment in checks and bounds.

Kindly throw some light on this issue and please let me know if the same would be feasible or not.

    Yours
    Shravanth

  14. Hi JP garu,
I want to know your views/clarifications on the following:
    1. Security aspects in the wake of incidents happening in the recent past around world.
    2. Take On Religious fundamentalist organizations in India.
    3. Bringing in accountability (all sabhas and assemblies)to MP and MLAs as suggested by Narayan Murthy.
    4. what if the voters donot choose any of the nominees. will their candidature be discarded?
    5. will lok satta field candidates in all the places?
    6. Points considered while selecting a candidate in Lok Satta.

  15. Dear Mr. Narayan,

Greed for power and money seems to be a fundamental issue that makes many nations suffer.

I have no idea of political groups, parties. People tell me that you have been the only political group with the larger good in mind.

There is no easy way to achieve change. Our nation, thrives on emotion, copying from the West. Even this new 'hope' syndrome that the country is going through, seems to be an off shoot of the Obama effect.

I do want to do something tangible. But people have to fight their own battles. I think our nation has to be taught to be self sufficient, first, before, we talk about solving poverty. Our nation has to be taught to be honest.

  18. Hi JP Sir,

Iam the biggest admirer of you. First of all, I would like to congratulate you for winning in Kukatpally constituency. I belong to Kukatpally. But from the other end Iam unhappy that, again people have chosen the wrong government in the Central as well as State. If there are people like you, governing the whole state, then our state will be able to show stunning performance in each and every sector. Anyway, we will definitely expect you to develop the things here in your area. I have an ambition of helping my country in some or the other way. Please let me know, if I can put some efforts to change this society to a better one.
